Especially during these difficult times I am amazed to see the level of commitment high performance leaders maintain for seeing their cities, towns, counties and regions to grow and thrive. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of joining community foundation leaders from across Indiana in a conversation about the important role community foundations can and do play in cultivating thriving communities. To step out, to share and seek to find ways to be more effective, do more impactful work and to be a part of the solution for creating vibrant prosperous communities at such a time as this is exactly what I mean when I talk about having "swagger"!
